刘嘉伟 执行主任

刘嘉伟，四川德阳人，其主要研究领域是印度经济、印度能源政策和公共外交。其多次前往印度、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国和尼泊尔等国进行学术交流和参加学术会议。2007年、2010年，其以访问学者身份分别赴印度尼赫鲁大学、印度观察家基金会从事短期驻所研究。其撰写、主编了《印度国民志愿服务团研究》、《印度社会政治与国民志愿服务团》、《非传统安全与可持续发展：印度的水资源与能源安全》等专业著作，并主持、参与了多个省部级重大课题研究。

Mr. Liu Jiawei is Executive Director/associate research fellow/associate professor at the Center for South Asia-West China Development and Cooperation Studies, Institute of South Asian Studies, Sichuan University. He is a specialist on Inidan economy/public diplomacy/energy policies. He is a frequent visitor to India, Pakistan, Banladesh and Nepal for academic research and conferences. He has been visiting fellow in JNU in 2007 and in Observer Research Foundation (ORF), India in 2010. He has pubulished 3 books “RSS: A Research”, “Indian Society and Politics: Relevance to RSS”, “Non-Conventional Security and Sustainable Development: A Study on Water and Energy Security in India”, and papers comprising “Popular Diplomacy toward South Asia: Present Situation, Challenges and Counter-measures”, “Energy Efficiency of China, Implications to India”.

李建军 办公室主任

李建军，男，四川大学南亚研究所副研究员。近年来专注于孟加拉国研究，主持“孟加拉国经济发展、改革与前景”、“孟加拉国反恐形势及我国的对策”等课题3项；提交《孟加拉国政治转型特点及我国的对策》等咨询报告4篇；发表“孟加拉国大选前的政局及走势”、“孟加拉国极端势力：现状、特点及应对”、“中孟经贸关系的现状与前景”、“孟加拉国综述”等论文20篇。

Mr. Li Jianjun is a researcher of international relations at The Institute of South Asia Studies, Sichuan University of China. His expertise covers Bangladesh and he heads projects including “The economic development, reform and prospect of Bangladesh”, “The anti-terrorism situation in Bangladesh and China’s response”. He has published more than 20 academic papers 4 consultation report including “The status, features and countermeasures of extremist in Bangladesh”, “The status and prospect of economic relations between China and Bangladesh”, “Bangladesh review”.

张力 高级研究员

张力，教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地四川大学南亚研究所研究员，主要研究领域涉及中国—南亚战略关系、南亚安全与外交、国际恐怖主义、大国关系与国际安全、地区冲突预防与控制等。1987年11月-1989年10月，英国牛津大学圣安东尼学院交换学者；1998年9月-1999年9月，印度尼赫鲁大学国际关系学院访问学者；2007年3月-2007年6月，任瑞典乌普萨拉大学国际冲突研究中心客座研究员。以中英文公开发表科研论文，出版学术专著多部。最新英文著作包括：“中印关系：战略接触与挑战”，“中国对印巴竞争的关切和中印关系”，“稳定的阿富汗对中国的安全影响”，“中印美在亚太的互动对东亚地区的影响”等等。

Zhang Li is a professor of international relations at The Institute of South Asia Studies, Sichuan University of China. His expertise covers China’s neighborhood diplomacy, China-South Asia/Central Asia strategic links, China-India relations, and Asia-Pacific security and conflict prevention. He holds a PhD in international politics and is, as visiting fellow, affiliated with several leading global research institutes, including Henry L. Stimson Center (USA), St. Antony’s College, Oxford University (UK), SIS at Jawaharlal Nehru University (India), and The Institute for Security and Development Policy (Sweden). He writes in both English and Chinese and authors several books and many journal articles/book chapters. Recent publications (in English only) include To Manage Conflict in South Asia: China’s Stakes, Perceptions and Inputs; China-India Relations: Strategic Engagement and Challenges; China’s Concern over the Indo-Pakistani Rivalry and Sino-Indian Relations; “Security Implications of a Stable Afghanistan for China”; “China Paper: Trade, Transport and Security in Greater Central Asia”; “China-India-U.S. Encounters in Asia-Pacific: Implications for East Asian Regionalism”; “Regional Ramifications of India’s Rise: Perspective from China”; “U.S. Pivot to Asia-Pacific and India’s Choices”; “China-India Strategic Nexus: Geopolitical Uncertainty vs. Confidence Building”; “China and the Kashmir Knot”; and “Building Mutual Confidence Between China and India: Nuclear Dimensions”.

刘思伟 研究员

刘思伟，四川大学南亚研究所副教授，硕士生导师。她的研究重点包括印太地区的安全与防务，中国与南亚国家关系，尤其是中印关系。她目前研究项目主要集中在印度洋地区安全治理、印度洋 - 太平洋地区的战略连通以及跨喜马拉雅地区安全治理。她毕业于四川大学，2014-2015年在美国亚利桑那州立大学政治与全球研究学院担任访问学者。近年来的出版物包括专著美印核关系：分歧与协调; 并在《国际安全研究》，《太平洋学报》《南亚研究》，《南亚研究季刊》等学术期刊上发表多篇论文，包括： “中国在印度洋的安全角色分析”; “印度洋议题的安全化与中印两国的参与”; “印度洋安全治理制度的发展变迁与重构”; “印度新周边外交战略:观察与评估”; “印度参与印度洋安全治理:角色定位、理念与实践”; “水资源与南亚地区安全”; “中印非传统安全领域合作初探”; “印日安全关系分析:均势安全论与共同体安全论”；“建构主义视角下印度与国际核机制的关系”等。她还为印度知名智库IPCS和VIF网站撰写文章。

Liu Siwei is associate professor at the Institute of South Asia Studies, Sichuan University of China. Her expertise covers China and South Asian Relations, Indo-Pacific Security and Defence. She holds a PhD in International Relations History and she has been visiting scholar in School of Politics and Global Studies of Arizona State University in 2014-2015. Her current projects focus on Security Governance in the Indian Ocean and strategic connectivity projects in the Indo-Pacific. Recent publications include US-India Nuclear Relations: Divergence and Coordination; “An Analysis of China’ Security Role in Indian Ocean”; “The Securitization of the Indian Ocean and the Roles of China and India”; “India Ocean Security Governance: Institutional Development、Changes and Path Reconstruction”; “India’s New Peripheral Strategy: Observation and Evaluation”; “India-ASEAN Maritime Cooperation: Process, Motivation, and Implications”; “Water Resources and South Asian Security”; “China-India Non-Traditional Security Cooperation: A Tentative Analysis”; “India-Japan Security Relations: Balance of Power Security Theory vs Security Community Theory”, etc. she also write articles for Indian think tanks IPCS and VIF website.

王娟娟 研究员

王娟娟（1978—），山东高密人，历史学博士，四川大学历史文化学院副研究员，曾赴国际山地综合发展研究中心访学（ICIMOD, Nepal）以及赴印度、孟加拉国、老挝等国家调研，主要从事战后美国外交与南亚区域研究；主持省部级课题2项及参与国家社科项目、教育部基地重大项目、中联部、司法部等省部级以上课题6项，已出版专著1部、译著1部及参编著作4部，并已在《现代国际关系》《印度洋经济体研究》《南亚东南亚研究》等专业学术刊物发表论文20多篇。

Dr. Wang Juanjuan is an Associate Professor in school of history & culture, Sichuan University. Dr. Wang had visited International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (Kathmandu, Nepal) as a Visiting Scholar, and had visited India, Bangladesh and Laos for her research projects. Dr.Wang has published more than 20 academic papers in Professional IR journals, for example, Contemporary International Relations, Indian Ocean Economic and Political Review, etc. and 5 monographs. Dr.Wang’s research focuses on U.S. diplomacy and South Asian Studies.

苏畅 助理研究员

苏畅，四川成都人，经济学博士，长江师范学院财经学院讲师。长期从事世界经济、南亚区域经济、国际贸易与投资等学科或领域的研究工作。近年来，主持省部级课题1项，参编教材1部；在《南亚研究季刊》《经济体制改革》《农村经济》，Sustainability等期刊发表学术论文5余篇，其中CSSCI来源期刊4篇、SSCI来源期刊1篇。

Su Chang, born in Chengdu, Sichuan, PhD in economics, lecturer at the School of Finance and Economics, Changjiang Normal University. He has long been engaged in research work in disciplines or fields such as world economy, South Asian regional economy, international trade and investment. In recent years, he has presided over 1 provincial and ministerial level project, participated in the compilation of 1 textbook; published more than 5 academic papers in journals such as South Asian Studies Quarterly, Economic System Reform, Rural Economy, Sustainability, etc., including 4 CSSCI source journals and 1 SSCI source journal.

涂晶 助理研究员

涂晶，四川大学经济学博士。西华大学经济学院经济贸易系教师，研究方向为宏观经济学、国际金融、金融科技等。迄今在国际重要学术会议和国内权威核心等期刊上发表论文20多篇，出版4部学术专著，曾获得四川省第十八届社会科学优秀成果三等奖。

Tu Jing, PhD in Economics from Sichuan University. Teacher of the Department of Economics and Trade, School of Economics, Xihua University. His research interests include macroeconomics, international finance, and financial technology. So far, he has published more than 20 papers in important international academic conferences and domestic authoritative core journals, published 4 academic monographs, and won the third prize of the 18th Sichuan Provincial Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award.

易鑫 助理研究员

易鑫，四川成都人，四川大学经济学博士，原西南财经大学西财智库助理研究员。长期从事区域经济、世界经济、产业园区等领域的研究工作。先后参与国家社科基金项目1项，四川省社科重大项目2项，四川省社科一般项目1项，四川省国资委重大课题1项，省、市、区级横向研究课题若干。在《经济学家》《商业研究》《南亚研究季刊》等期刊发表学术论文数篇，出版专著1部。

Yi Xin, born in Chengdu, Sichuan, PhD candidate in the School of Economics of Sichuan University. He used to the assistant researcher of the West Finance Think Tank of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He has long been engaged in research work in the fields of regional economy, world economy, industrial parks, etc. He successively participated in 1 National Social Science Fund Project, 2 Major Social Science Projects of Sichuan Province, 1 General Social Science Project of Sichuan Province, 1 Major Project of Sichuan SASAC, and several horizontal research projects at the provincial, municipal and district levels. He has published several academic papers and 1 monograph in journals such as "The Economist", "Business Research", and "South Asian Studies Quarterly".

代俊 助理研究员

代俊，四川大学经济学院博士研究生，重庆工商大学讲师。2010年于上海外国语大学硕士研究生毕业。主要研究领域为世界经济、南亚经济。曾先后在《南亚研究季刊》等期刊公开发表多篇学术论文，并编写了《新版斯里兰卡》、《中国与印度共赢性发展互动机制研究》等学术专著以及《国际贸易实务（英文）》等专业教材。近年来曾参与一项国家社科基金项目和1项贵州省哲学社会科学规划项目。

Dai Jun, PhD candidate in the School of Economics of Sichuan University, Lecturer of Chongqing Technology and Business University. In 2010, she graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with a master's degree. The main research fields are world economy and South Asian economy. She has successively published many academic papers in journals such as South Asian Studies Quarterly, and compiled academic monographs such as "New Sri Lanka", "Research on the Interactive Mechanism of China-India Win-Win Development", and "International Trade Practices (English)", etc. She has participated in a National Social Science Fund Project and a Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project of Guizhou Province.

王彦 助理研究员

王彦，重庆人，四川大学经济学院博士研究生，2008年于厦门大学经济学院世界经济专业硕士研究生毕业。主要研究领域为世界经济、南亚经济。先后在国内外核心刊物发表《中印缅孟经济走廊建设研究》《后金融危机时代中印投资合作研究》, Experience，Lessons of India's Urbanization and Its Warning to China 等学术论文，曾参与编写出版教材《世界经济》和《中国与印度共赢性发展互动机制研究》。

Wang Yan, born in Chongqing, PhD in Economics from Sichuan University and graduated with a master's degree in world economics from the School of Economics of Xiamen University in 2008. The main research fields are world economy and South Asian economy. He has successively published academic papers such as "Sino-India-Myanmar-Bangladesh Economic Corridor Construction Research", "Sino-India Investment Cooperation Research in the Post-Financial Crisis Era", Experience, Lessons of India's Urbanization and Its Warning to China, etc. in core journals at home and abroad, and participated in the compilation and publication of teaching materials " "World Economy" and "Study on the Interactive Mechanism of China and India's Win-Win Development".

邹正鑫 主任助理

邹正鑫，四川大学南亚与中国西部合作发展研究中心主任助理。主要研究领域为印度洋安全、印度外交及中印关系，其多次前往印度、孟加拉国和斯里兰卡等国调研参会。他公开出版专著《中印海上安全合作研究》1部，为《南亚智库研究》（2卷）、《南亚报告》和《南亚评论》等供稿数篇，并参与多项横向课题研究工作。公开发表论文数篇，主要有：“莫迪政府经略印度洋的理念、路径与成效”、“印度‘海洋花环’项目的实施、成效及对策”、“RCEP：回顾与前景展望”等。

Zou Zhengxin is Director Assistant at the Center for South Asia-West China Development and Cooperation Studies, Institute of South Asian Studies, Sichuan University. His research interests cover Maritime Security in Indian Ocean Region, Indian Foreign Policy and Sino-Indian Relations. He has participated in international interactions with south Asian countries actively and has paid academic visit to India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc. several times. He has published book “A Study on China-India Maritime Cooperation” and is the co-author of the books “A Study on Think Tanks in South Asia”(2 Volume). He also contributed “RCEP: India’s attitude and prospects” section in Report of South Asian Research (2020) and “Impact of Climate Change on China and India Maritime Security” as a joint research project with National Maritime Foundation, India. His newly published papers including “Modi Government’s Ideas, Paths, and Effects on Indian Ocean”, “The Implementation, Influence and Countermeasure of India’s ‘Sagarmala’, “Analysis of Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures on China-India Maritime Security Cooperation” and “The Influence and Enlightenment of Hindu Nationalism on the Bharatiya Janata Party”, etc.
